Work (B2B)
If you're looking for a C/C++ programmer or Scrum Master, offer remote work and a B2B contract, then contact me. (Contact). I am eager to discuss new professional challenges. I suppose you would like to know more about me before you decide to present your offer. Fortunately, you can find plenty of information about me on my webpage: about me, PhD, CV, Linkedin.
Training
I offer several training sessions for companies in areas such as programming, algorithms, software testing, and agile methodologies like SCRUM or KANBAN. I am very flexible, adjusting the material and number of sessions to meet the client's needs. There is also the possibility to record the training sessions and receive a comprehensive package of materials in PDF format. Due to the high level of flexibility, prices are determined on an individual basis.
You can find the full range of trainings here.
Recruitment process support
I have often heard that the recruitment process is too long, boring, non-transparent, and without feedback. As an experienced technical recruiter, I can help establish a recruitment process or optimize the current one.
The key aspects of my recruitment approach are:
- Quick preliminary verification of candidates using a simple online test.
- Recruitment tasks that reflect the needs of the project.
- Practical tasks in a full Linux environment or Replit.
- AI-resistant recruitment tasks (full range of tests)
- Professional approach during the interview (recruitment is not a poker game)
- Detailed feedback after the interview, along with links/materials to help fill the gaps
- Playing on the same team with HR, PM, and LM departments.
Leading incubators
If you would like to run an incubator and scoop up some students from the market before someone else does, you've come to the right place. In my career, I have led and participated in several incubators (Telco, C, C++, Embedded). I also taught programming classes at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, which received very good reviews. I can help you create your own incubator. I can build it from scratch, lead the entire project or just a part of it. Everything, of course, fully tailored to the client's needs.
Key elements of the incubator in my version:
- Adjusting the incubator material considering gaps in higher education teaching and project requirements
- Adjusting the difficulty level to the student group
- Conducting classes in a way that is accessible to students
- Preparing homework after each class to facilitate knowledge acquisition
- Final verification

Individual mentoring
„There are always two of them. No more, no less, Master and disciple.” ~Yoda.
The world of programming is no longer as simple to understand as it was just a few years ago. Although there are more and more materials available, their quality is not always top-notch, which leads to the adoption of bad habits. If your employee would like to advance to a Senior or Leader position, but lacks confidence or certain skills, you've come to the right place. I conduct individual mentoring aimed at fully adapting teaching and consulting to the project situation.
„To overwhelm oneself is the greatest burden of a master.” ~Yoda.
My goal is to learn everything there is to learn, to get to the point where you get to know the student, through the application of work, knows more than me. Of course, mentoring ends when the student deems it appropriate or when he is no longer able to obtain anything new.
Currently, thanks to individual mentoring, I have created 4 Tech Leaders and 2 Scrum Masters.
